This prices are per person and per day, they are net for us. They are exclusive for travel agencies, tour operators and company committees. The prices proposed include VAT. All the taxes and services are included, only the extras are supplementary and the city tax at the rate of €1,32 per person and adult.
BOOKINGS :
All booking options are confirmed by the GRAND HOTEL ORLEANS after having received a written document (mail, fax or letter) indicating the agreement of the quote that has been proposed with the mention “good for agreement” and a payment of a 20% deposit of the proforma.In order to allocate the rooms, we need the guest-list 15 days prior to the date of stay. We also ask you to kindly provide us with a mobile number (driver and/or guide) and estimated time of arrival , time of departure, the breakfast’s hour and the group’s program.
DEPOSIT :
20% of the amount at the reservation. An additional 30% for 45 days before the arrival.Only payment of the deposit will confirm your group booking.The deposit requires commitment from our customers, and enables us to block all estimated services, particularly the rooms and the restaurant, so that they are no longer available to torrent/sell.
CANCELLATION (FULL OR PARTIAL) :
Full cancellation: from D-21 on the scheduled date (D), the charges will be equal to 100% of the stay (food and/or accommodation). The 50% of the deposit is retained upon payment.Partial cancellation: up to 10% of the rooms, we do not take it into account. Beyond 10% of cancellation, the stay is due. 50% of the deposit is retained upon payment.
