The National Transport, Howth, is operated by the Transport
Museum Society of Ireland, a totally voluntary and unfunded
organisation registered as a charity and limited company without
share capital. The museum, open on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank

currently displays 55 vehicles out of a total collection of 186.
Vehicles fall into five categories. The passenger section is the most
