Call to Order Mayor Mackey called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. 2. Opening Ceremonies - O CANADA AND MOMENT OF REFLECTION Mayor Mackey invited members of Council to join him in O Canada followed by a moment of reflection before proceeding with the Council Meeting. 3. Open Forum There were no speakers for Open Forum 4. The Treasurer provided a verbal update on the following:. Tax bills were issued and have generated numerous calls; mostly due to an increase

in assessed valueso 2018 Financial Statements will be presented by the Auditors at the July 17th Meeting. Second Quarter (to June 30,2019) Report will be presented at the July 17th Meeting

The Operations Manager provided a verbal update on the following:. The four blocks of roadway scheduled to be pulverized has been completed
