Vario V2+ was tested and did particulary well in snow. The recommended status is a good achievement considering the life cycle of this product and the low importance given to snow performance by the testers. This test is due to be published this week.Tire size: 185/60 R15 H

Mr. Wilhelm Höppner (Technical DIrector Toyo Tire Europe): “I like to point out that the tested V2+ has been purchased from the market, what can not be claimed for all products! Especially the results on snow are excellent. Aquaplanning and some dry performances however leave room for improvement. The magazines (in the overall evaluation) give less importance to snow- and more importanceto wet-performances, something what will be considered in the development of post V2+.”

Toyo Tira Italia planned a winter campaign including commercials and informercials on television and advertisement in newspapers.

La Gazzetta dello Sport is the best selling Italian sports newspaper. The printing campaign of Toyo Tire Italia provides a series of Big Foot size ads and advertising pages in La Gazzetta dello and Pneurama.

The television plan includes billboards and TV infomercial on StudioSport (GP) and during late-night programs.Toyo Tire Italia also added a high impact package on Retequattro and Iris, the most popular digital terrestrial channel, dedicated to movies and cinema.

The marketing and communication plan consists of a direct marketing campaign to all Audi after sales managers (DM + USB stick), an event in november (Group Service Days - 40m2 booth) and ads in Audi Magazine.
