The high-density polyurethane foam mandrel surface used in the production of the invention to be cost- effective is made conductive by metalizing by means of Sn sensitization and Pd activation, firstly electroless and then electroless nickel or nickel alloy coated with electroform method. The composite laying mold was obtained by removing the coating from the mandrel. APPLICATION FIELDS TR202010823 In the state of the art, while the mandrel material to be used for complex and large-sized parts is preferred, stainless steel is used. This causes high mold production costs. The materials that used as molds cause expansion of molds by not being able to withstand high temperatures and pressures in autoclaves during the production of composite parts. This causes of production of distorted shape parts.

INVENTION

In this invention, by coating nickel or nickel alloys on the high density polyurethane mandrel with the

electroform method, a mold has been developed that is made of materials resistant to these conditions and

is easier to produce and low cost.

The high-density polyurethane foam mandrel surface used in the production of the invention to be cost-

effective is made conductive by metalizing by means of Sn sensitization and Pd activation, firstly electroless

and then electroless nickel or nickel alloy coated with electroform method. The composite laying mold was

obtained by removing the coating from the mandrel.
