My Favourite Painting:

Name of the painting: La Guernica

Life: Was born on October 25th,1881 in Malaga,

Colors: He used black and white colors and some

dark blue

This is a painting by Pablo Picasso. He was born on

25th October ,1881, in Malaga, Spain. When he was young

he lived in Malaga, but when he was 10 he moved to Galicia.

He started painting amazing paintings and when he was 15

he moved to France. There in France he became famous. In

1905 he returned to Spain and then he was a very famous

painter. In this painting there are some people. In the center

of the painting there is a woman with his son in her arms,

and the woman is crying because her son is dead. I like this

painting because it is very strange.

LA VIRGEN DEL ROSARIO

“La virgen del rosario” is a painting from Bartolomé Esteban

Murillo. It’s about 357 years old. Murillo was a Spanish artist. In this

painting there is a virgin with a baby in her arms. Murillo usually used

bright colours. It is very interesting because the virgin is always looking

at you wherever you stand with respect of the picture.

of this painting is Goya. He was a Spanish artist. When he was young, he

lived in Zaragoza (Aragón). In this painting there are some French soldiers

attacking the Spanish soldiers in the Independence war. Goya used light

colors to paint it.

The Waterfall

The Waterfall is a painting by Henri Julien Felix Rousseau. It is about 102 years old. Rousseau was a

french artist. In the painting there is an utopian jungle, a landscape of plants of extraordinary

proportions, antelopes and on the left side there are two black figures. Henri Rousseau’s usual

technique was the oil layers, starting with the heavens and the background and including the

figuration of the character or animal. He used mostly green colors to paint this painting

Michel Jordan was born in 1963, in Brookline ,New York,

in the U.S.A. He is a famous basketball player because

he is the best doing this sport. He started playing

basketball in the team of the University of Brookline.

Then he played for a team in Chicago (USA) called

"Chicago Bulls" for about 7 or 8 years and then he

played for 3 years in and other team in Washington

called "Washington Wizards" .When he left basketball he

won a lot of awards, for example 6 gold rings, 10 times

the player of the year, the rookie of the year and more

awards. Then, when he didn´t play basketball he won

the best player in the world award. I think he is the best

player in the world because he´s amazing. He usually

wears a tracksuit and trainers.
