GHSA02 I 2009 STATE FINALS GREAT TRACK ACTION!

The GHSA Girls’ State Track Meet is a marveloustradition dedicated to athletic excellence, and I am

sure that a number of record-setting performances willbe seen during this event.

There is no way that a meet of this size could berun effectively without the many hours of work done bya large staff of volunteers. These workers are coordinat-ed by Johnny Seabrooks and Pam Hill of the DoughertyCounty Schools, and by GHSA Assistant ExecutiveDirector, Gary Phillips. Please notice and acknowledgethe work of all these people during this competition.

The high quality of the state championship com-petitions managed by the Georgia High School

Association would not be possible without the supportof our fine corporate partners. Please notice theirsigns and banners around the stadium, and utilize theirproducts and services whenever possible.

Best wishes to all the athletes and their coaches!Enjoy yourselves, spectators, and remember to alwaysdisplay good sportsmanship!
