4. If you are located in Canada Federal and Provincial taxes will be added to your order value as appropriate - as will EU VAT unless you provide us with a corporate VAT number and copy certificate etc allowing us to waive this necessity.

5. Refunds are only offered if the product supplied fails to perform in the manner advertised or a serious flaw is found that cannot be rectified in a timely manner. Please use the evaluation downloads available from our site to ensure satisfaction prior to purchase
