*Mai Tai is Tahitian for “out of this world.” And, oh my, it is! Invented by Victor “Trader Vic”
Bergeron in 1944, it remains the quintessential tropical cocktail and single-handedly created
the tiki bar sensation of the late 1950s and early 1960s.

AMARETTO LIQUEUR
Trader Vic’s Amaretto is a pleasant blend of vanilla beans from the worlds finest. Blended with sweet nutty character. Enjoy in coffee or with sweet n’ sour mix.
KONA COFFEE LIQUEUR
Cultivated in the Kona District of the “Big Island” of Hawaii, Kona coffee beans grown in this area are revered by coffee lovers more that any other. Serve with coconut rum and a pinch of cinnamon.

CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR WHITE CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR
An enticing blend of creamy cocoa butter with just a hint of cherry. Finishes with a lingering chocolate taste.
Medium dark chocolate Liqueur with just a touch of vanilla. Serve in a chocolate martini, with peppermint schnapps or enjoy on the rocks.
MACADAMIA NUT LIQUEUR Rich smooth liqueur made with the exquisite flavor of the Hawaiian Macadamia Nut. Serve on the rocks or with Trader Vic’s Chocolate Liqueur and splash of milk.
ROASTED CHESTNUT LIQUEUR
Fresh Southern Chestnut flavor with a hint of vanilla. Serve in coffee or on the rocks.
RECIPES
MAI TAI 1 part Trader Vic’s Dark 1 part Trader Vic’s Gold
Splash of fresh Lime Juice Splash of Simple Syrup
3/4 ounce Orange Curacao 1/4 ounce Orgeat
Strain into tumbler with crushed ice. Garnish with fruit & mint.
ZOMBIE 1 part Trader Vic's Gold Rum
1 part Trader Vic's 151 Proof Rum 1 part Trader Vic's Dark Rum
Splash of Lemon Juice 1 part Orange Juice
Half part Cherry Brandy Splash of Grenadine
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass with ice.
CREAMY CRISPY CRUNCH
1 part Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut 1 part Trader Vic's Coconut Rum
1 part Irish Cream Coffee
Mix liquors and add coffee. Top with whipped cream
KONALICIOUS 1 part Trader Vic's Kona Coffee
1 part Trader Vic's Coconut Rum Pinch of Cinnamon
Mix and pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle with cinnamon
AMARETTO COFFEE 2 oz.. Trader Vic's Amaretto
1 oz.. Coffee Cream
Stir together and serve warm over ice.
BAY BREEZE
1 part Trader Vic's Spiced Rum 1 part Cranberry Juice 1 part Pineapple Juice
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain
into a highball glass over ice.
