Our goal at Insports is to provide every child a summer camp experience full of lasting memories, new friendships, and opportunities for growth. No matter what your kids enjoy, whether it is games or sports, chances are we have the right program for them. With the assistance of our well-trained staff, your child will spend their summer days developing skills and boosting their self-esteem through a variety of safe, structured activities.

We are proud to offer so many summer camp choices! We have a traditional camp which will feature art, science, and a variety of activities through a non-competitive approach. If sports is all you think about, then our ultimate sports camp will be the perfect place to hone your skills in a variety of sports.

Sport specific camps will allow your son or daughter to develop important skills so they are one step ahead of the competition.

Rain or shine your child will always have a safe, fun place to explore the opportunities of camp. So please, stop by any time for a visit – our staff is available to help you with any questions you may have, and would love to give you a tour of our great facility.

Insports is one of Connecticut’s largest indoor multi-sport recreational facilities which features 100-yard regulation football field, the only true Canadian boarded box lacrosse

arena, three maple wood basketball courts, a new restaurant and outstanding amenities. Rain or shine, Insports is a place your child will surely enjoy!

Insports’ staff consists of experienced, talented, and dedicated people who truly enjoy working with children. We create an environment that is FUN and SAFE. We want kids to be kids!

All staffers must provide three references, and undergo an extensive background check. All specialty camps are led by instructors who were specifically trained for that camp.

Our Ultimate Sports Camp is designed for our campers who cannot get enough sports! Campers will spend their day playing both traditional and non-traditional sports as well as other competitive games. The camp is designed so that your child will play and gain knowledge of two to three sports each day. So lace up those shoes and get ready to play!

Insports Youth Passing League is a unique program that you will only find here! This camp is non-stop movement! Five-on-five flag football action with the coaches as quarterbacks allows each child to get as many touches as possible. The ultimate goal – score, score and score some more! Your child can either come in with a team or join as a free agent. So don’t miss out, this camp is sure to be the only thing your child will be talking about!

FUNdamentals –This program is for the youngest players beginning the game. Our focus is on fun, exciting games to build confidence and teach the fundamentals of soccer. Within this curriculum players will cover ball familiarization, small group dynamics, coordination skills and social interaction, all with maximum participation in a fun-oriented environment.

Skills & Thrills–This program enhances player’s technical development and skills building in a stimulating environment. Players will be challenged to consider basic tactical components at an age appropriate level, including attacking and defending principles. Over the week, players will be self-assessed using standardized National Soccer Tests focusing on the technical aspects of the game, along with the ‘UK Quiz’, and World Cup Competition.

Designed for beginning and intermediate players, this camp emphasizes individual lacrosse skills but also incorporates elements of game strategy using the 3 v 3 small-sided game. Session time includes both instruction and controlled scrimmages (once the players are at a level where a scrimmage is an effective learning tool). This camp provides an opportunity to develop necessary skills and to enhance your child’s ability to compete in one of the fastest growing sports in our area!

Instruction, designed to take your game to the next level for the intermediate player, who has some experience, or the beginner player who wants to learn the game. This is the camp for you! Social Games is a camp that brings all the best games to one place! If you love to hang out with your friends and have a great time playing all different types of games then this camp is for you. Your child will play games such as wiffleball, kickball, dodgeball and four square. What better way to spend your day than practicing all the games that will make you the king or queen in your neighborhood.

REFERRAL PROGRAM Tell a friend or family member*about Insports and SAVE! For each new person that you refer, registering for a full week of summer camp, we will take $25 off**one week of your child’s camp fee. In addition, the person you refer will receive $15 off** the first week of their kid’s camp.

EARLY BIRD PROGRAM Register on or before April 30th for a FULL WEEK of any camp (FULL WEEK = Monday thru Friday of the same week) and you qualify for our Early Bird Discount, which will entitle you to receive a discount of $10 per child, per week.
