    Precedence Study

    Moore, London

Between Tower Bridge and Westminster you will stumble across

The Scoop. It is absolutely fascinating at night. The elegant

forms guide your intrigued eye and pull you through the space.

There is minimal light pollution that has an interesting effect

on the various materials around it.

    Otter Tail River, Minnesota

Much like Regent, North Dakota, Otter Tail is a

small town located in the rural Midwest. They too

value agriculture and share that cherished small

town feel. However, Otter Tail is a major tourist

attraction in the summer months. Youth from all

over come to enjoy the river. There is a bus shuttle

that brings you up the Otter Tail River and from

there you can sit back and relax.

The variation of the depth of

the river allows for tubers to

stand up as well as sit back and

    enjoy the ride.

Using plants that are native tothe area not only celebrates

the area of Regent but it holds

    Cannonball Tubing

There is an opportunity for Regent to attract a

limitless amount of people. Visitors would come

from all over the area to experience the river in

a way they thought never possible. Tubers would

range in age, accommodating for both youth as

well as adults. Overall the cannonball river

conversion would be cost effective as well as

    environmentally conscious.

    Mixed Use

Having three different materials on the
