WATERWATER
The live-water frontage on the crystal-clear N. Llano River is gorgeous, with over 2 miles of both rapids and deeper pools. This is a picturesque waterway for kayaking and fishing as well as floating and swimming. The flow is strong, and this is one of the most sought-after water features in all of the Texas Hill Country. Bass fishing and catfish are prolific and waterfowl hunting can be strong at times as well. There are multiple water wells, one is run by a windmill and the other strong hand-dug well by an electric sub-pump. One nice stock tank. City water is also available and utilized for the two main residences.
