• 2010: 30 Moldovan wine operators at
Laimburg school (BZ) (Mobility
Partnership project)
• 2012/13: training by A.N.C.I. to 10
Moldovan social Centers in care of
children left behind + 2 study visit in
Rome/Florence/Bologna for 20 social
operators (Thematic Program project)
Training: IT-MD cooperation
• 2013 (TP project): Training for 48
teachers from public Centers in care of
teen agers left behind:
3 professional profiles: cockers, tailor,
inside construction
• 2012/2014: pre departure training for
circa 700 Moldovan citizens (Italian
language + civil orientation)

107 MOLDOVAN TRAINERS FROM PUBLIC CENTRES HAVE BEEN TRAINED BY ITALIAN TEACHERS
OBJECTIVE :
Capacity Building addressed to Moldovan Centres by intensive and specializes training courses for their teachers
TRAINING MODULES
• 5 CLASSROOMS:
• Cock / Confectioner
• Tailor
• Welder
• Electrician
• Wine taster (Sommelier)
• 110 hours per course – 13 days: 9h/day
IMPLEMENTING BODY
The IT MoLSP launched on March 2014
a call of proposal collecting 7 projects
from different Training Bodies all
accredited by the IT Government.
After the evaluation step, a Ministerial
Committee selected the best proposal
submitted by CEFAL (Consorzio
Europeo per la Formazione e
l’Aggiornamento dei Lavoratori):
awarded for an amount of € 77.000,00

SELECTION OF TEACHERS AND
LOGISTIC
• The MD Ministry of Education
selected the 107 participants
• The Sweden project Office in
Chisinau provided transports,
accommodations and meals for the
Moldovan Teachers (Budget: €
20.000,00
The participants didn’t bear any cost
INCRESING OF TEACHERS
COMPETENCES
• CEFAL provided tests of qualification
at the beginning of the courses, in the
intermediary phase and at the end:
Teachers have acquired a relevant
increasing of competences
• Participants made an evaluation form
at the end of the course: high level
of satisfaction expressed
LESSONS LEARNED
• A strong cooperation with the local VET
Authorities, (ANOFM and Ministry of
Education of Moldova) in order to:
• Include training contents in the tender
• Select the professional profiles
• Select homonogeneic target Groups
• Resolve any on going obstacle
• Monitor the training on the spot
CRITICAL ASPECTS
• Flexible budget for the logistic
• Accommodations, meals and travel
arrangements provided by the local
Office not from the provider
• Alternative: include in the budget a
mini per diem for the trained (used in
previous experience but not admitted in
this case by EU Commission)
CRITICAL ASPECTS
The classroom of Sommeliers was
composed of only 11 participants due
to the lack of MD teachers in this
profile. Sommelier is a segment of the
waiter course and there are not so
many teachers in Moldova. The
profile is currently strongly requested
by market, the objective of MD
Authorities was to increase it but the ex
ante analysis not precise
