Foundations for Personal and Professional Development
I have found myself often quoting a phrase that I learned in a Synergy training course.
That to me is a true mark of a great training class. If I can take what I have learned and really apply it in my everyday work to be a more productive employee, then it was definitely worth the time invested. Our Synergy representatives have really taken the time to get to know us and our
employees and have been able to tailor trainings that have been very beneficial for us. The most valuable piece to me has been the one-on-one coaching which
has really helped me to grow as an individual and an employee.
