The training center of Sybera The SYBERA training center was founded in 1997 in Holzgerlingen (Germany). Every year participants from all over Europe will be welcomed. The SYBERA Training Center offers developer seminars on kernel and UEFI software, real-time control, fieldbus solutions and wireless communication. The training offer covers all areas of system software development, from Windows driver model, real-time control, UEFI firmware development, Bluetooth communication and design to the integration of Windows IoT. SYBERA has modern training facilities and offers both internal as well as external training.

Among others, the tools WDK, WDF, KMDF, UMDF, SDK and Visual Studio, as well as Image Builder Wizard, Im-age Configuration Editor, EDK-II, TianoCore, Wireshark and CSR Bluetooth DevKit are used. The success of any development requires the safe use of these tools. In addition to the detailed basics, we will of course also on your specific needs. We have state-of-the-art training room equipment (video projectors, portable development systems, fieldbus devices) as well as the latest accompanying literature and offer both internal and external training.

Train and Solve – Training without loss of time

The issue: for the urgently needed knowledge, employees should go to training, but during that time they cannot spent time on the project.

The solution: Train and Solve - The concept "Train and Solve" at SYBERA allows even during the training to program and con-tinue with the project. The participants can use their own hardware (PC, adapter, devices) in the training and im-plement the relevant exercises within the project. With our expertise and many years of training experience, we are able to offer "Train and Solve" to improve its efficiency of knowledge implementation.

Training „WDM / WDF Driver Development” This course is a "must" for any developer who wants to build kernel drivers (WDM, KMDF and UMDF) for Windows. With the Windows Driver Framework (WDF), Microsoft has created a new development environment for the driver programming (KMDF and UMDF), which facilitates many things, but also brings new challenges. The aim of this training is to uncover the back-ground of the WDF and to compare it with the traditional Windows Driver Model (WDM) and to implement own kernel driver (device driver, device driver) projects. Practical examples cover the topics KMDF and WDM objects, IOCTL communication, development environment, and hard-ware resources, .INF files, and code signing. The course is therefore aimed at all developers who need to implement new kernel drivers (KMDF and UMDF) projects quickly and efficiently.

Training „USB Driver Development with WDF” The WDF Framework is the ideal development platform for the development of USB device drivers. In this seminar, SYBERA provides the prerequisites for the development of efficient USB device drivers with the WDF Framework. Training „NDIS Driver Development” This course provides in-depth knowledge of the NDIS network architecture. The participant learns the NDIS communication methods and protocol layers. The participant will be able to develop both NDIS miniport and NDIS intermediate drivers. In addition to the introduction to the Windows network architecture, both the construction of an NDIS kernel Miniport driver, and the structure of an NDIS intermediate driver kernel is explained in detail by examples. Training „EtherCAT” Today, different Ethernet standards are available for fieldbus communication. Fieldbus communica-tion does not only differ in terms of a different protocol specification, but also in different bus topol-ogies. In order to be able to use the fieldbus communication efficiently, Sybera offers the training EtherCAT development. During our training, we transfer knowledge neutral and product independ-ent.
