After you’ve submitted all your information for your Celebrate 50! Location page

• Consider that the more people you have participating, the more $ you will raise

• Some suggestions to sign up participants:– Identify houses, programs, and volunteers that would be a

natural team– Identify a team leader for each team– Meet with team leaders one-on-one to help them register,

set up a team, and use the system*The Artez system generates automatic e-mails to encourage and remind people to fundraise

Team Captains

• The Team Captain is responsible for:1. Signing up new team members - This can be done by clicking under the Team Tab, “Recruit Team Members”

2. Motivating team members to fundraise3. Modifying the team page• The Team Captain could be anyone. Experience suggests

that an Assistant who is looking for some responsibility may be a good choice. People in existing leadership roles may be too busy to take on the additional responsibility.
