“New requests” are consults that can be answered by anyone. “New requests to me” are consults sent specifically to you to be
answered

Once you click on “New requests” or “New requests to me”, you will see a list of consults that need to be answered.
Click on the consult you would like to answer.

You will see the clinical history, the photos, and audio recording for the patient case. Each photo can individually be clicked on to enlarge and see more detail.
To answer the consult, click “accept request”

After you press “accept request”, you will have a box to type the answer to the consult. If you would like to answer the consult later, the case will be placed in the “Requests in Progress” box on your main page
