CL1_v1 – MR6x5 Integrated Cross Web Labeller (Level1) (1 day)

For operators and service technicians

The course objectives:The objective of the training is learning to operate the cross web labeller independently and safely. The course participant will also be able to use the different types of label sensor, with emphasis on format and operator settings and recipe management.

The course objectives:The participants will know the meaning of machine constants.They will be able to perform settings on the Terminal of the IPC Controller. The participants will also learn to independently perform software updates on the LC 140. The participants will learn how to systematically localize faults and rectify them.

CB1_v1 – L3xx Conveyor Belt (2 days)

For operators and service technicians

The course objectives:The objective of the training is to be able to operate the labeler independently and safely. The Participant get to know the different versions of label dispen-sers and transport conveyors. The training includes the operation of the labeler via HMI2.0 user interface of the MULTIVAC IPC control. The participants will learn how to systematically localize faults and use the WebServer for diagnosis.

The course contents: · Mechanical construction and electrical circuitry · Different label dispenser (LD1xx/LD2xx) · Start-up and setting of the individual aggregate units: labeler, SM modules,

AC drives, label sensors etc. · Tests and causes of faults

CB2_v1 – L3xx Conveyor Belt (Custo-mized) (2 days)

For operators and service technicians

The course objectives:The objective of the training is to be able to operate the customer specific labeler independently and safely. The Participant get an update of their know-ledge about conveyor belt labelers, as well as they get information about start-up, configuration, and particularities of their customer conveyor belt labeler.

The course contents: · Mechanical construction and electrical circuitry of the customized L3xx · Start-up and setting of the individual aggregate units: labeler, SM modules,

The course objectives:The objective of the training is to be able to operate the direct web printer independently and safely. Basic settings and job management will also be taught to the course participants. The participants will learn how to systematically localise faults.

The course objectives:The participants get to know the layout and design of the visual inspection systems I 410 / I 420 demonstrated on an I410. They become familiar with various types of visual inspection.The training includes the operation via the user interface HMI 2.0 of the MULTIVAC IPC control as well as the teach-in of different products.The participants learn the basics of parameterization for various functional principles. These are: Pattern recognition, spot detection, text verification and various barcode recognitions.

Registration: Are you interested in a training course? If so, contact our Training Department as early as possible so that we can confirm your desired date. Due to high demand, there are often waiting times which you should take into account in your plans.

A training course, which has already been booked, can be cancelled on your part without charge up to 10 days before the start of the course. If a course is cancelled after the 10 day grace period, there will be a € 50 cancellation fee for each training day, per participant.

We are happy to make the hotel reservation(s) on your behalf at MULTIVAC rates in one of our partner hotels. The costs for hotel and travel are not included in the training course fee.
