Before you facilitate any training, make
sure you understand the goals of the
training.

Participants are not looking for
perfection – they are looking to learn.
02 IT’S ABOUT COMMUNICATION; NOT PERFECTION:
The more questions you ask, the more
activities you include, the more you have the audience participating
in the learning, the more they will learn.
03GET ENGAGED!
Part of our job as a trainer is sometimes to convince our audience that what we have to share is valuable to
them.
04PUT YOUR SALES HAT ON
The only way to improve your skills and
confidence is to practice.
