Sales Management CommentsWelcome to the annual Peace Country bull sale. This year’s sale may be smaller in numbers but it’s big on quality and value. You as buyers have the opportunity to purchase your bulls from a local group of consignors that are great people to do business with.

The largest string being from Tri K Cattle Co, Keith and Keiran will have a solid set of bulls with all sectors of the breed represented. On my summer tour I was very impressed with the volume and power this set of bulls had in August. They have just kept putting it on.

Albrecht Farms has a super set of red bulls. Steve and Ryan have their strongest set of bulls to date. They are loose made and big topped.

This year’s sale is rounded off by KSL Simmental’s set of functional extra age bulls, and Cale Toews has three good bulls.

An excellent polled Fullblood that has tremendous thickness, and depth. The only bull out of our polled Fullblood herd sire, Dr Duke, and, wow, is he good. Just a good bull that will sire a great set of calves. He has a maternal sister who just had her first calf this year and she has a really nice udder.
