If submitting by email, DO NOT TAKE PICTURES of documents. YOU MUST NEATLY SCAN. Completed Application for Admission Form Including a Typed, 1-2 page Cover Letter. Please include a recent digital photo of your head and face. Transfer Eligibility Form, Copy of Current I-20 & Copy of OPT end date (if applicable) Student must be in “In Status” and “Eligible” to transfer. Official Academic Records of Highest Level of Education Sealed Official Transcripts ((NO copies, scans, kiosk print outs, or e-transcripts). Scanned color PDF of your Official Diploma or Certificate of Graduation. If your transcript and diploma are not in English, you must also submit a Certified English translation of those documents (www.quicklytranslate.com). We must retain your official transcripts for a minimum of 5 years (see SU Catalog). See reverse for more information. You may do this on your own or pay the $110 fee and use our evaluation company IES. English Language Proficiency Verification: See Attached for ALL English Proficiency Verification Options. You may take our online English Assessment Exam for $60. Korean speakers applying for the Korean Culinary Arts program are exempt. Photocopies of Passport, US Visa and I-94 (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search) If you have dependents, please provide their visa and passport copies as well. Official Bank Statement of $10,000 USD or more within the last 6 months Need to have at least $3,000 for each dependent A Sponsor may provide their bank statement & complete the Affidavit of Financial Support. Signed WASC Accreditation Disclosure & Signed Enrollment Forms Application Fee (non-refundable): Pay by Credit Card, Cash, or Money Order. International Student - $200.00 (fees are only valid for only 1 academic year.) Foreign Transcript Evaluation Agencies

In order to be admitted to Stanton University, all students who are submitting academic records from an institution outside of the United States must have those foreign transcripts evaluated and verified by an evaluation organization that has been accredited by the Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE) or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or the American Evaluation Association (AEA).

Stanton University only requires Document to Document evaluations. We do not require Course by Course evaluations. Note that costs below are subject to change and do not include English translation fees.
