1. Manual: Use Feature Extraction to manually make observations of vessels2. ART: Use ART to make semi-automatic observations of vessels3. Machine Learning (ML) Enabled: Review overlaid DeepObject observations of vessels, delete wrong ones and add

observations for any missed vessels using feature extraction
