Responsibility

Responsibility Responsibility of this module is to get information from sensors and runs certain actuator that engage gears.

Valve Body

Uses This valve functions as per pressure of automatic transmission fluid or signal from transmission control module.

Shift Solenoid

Uses Of SolenoidThis solenoid usually controls the flow of hydraulic fluid for shifting gear.The solenoid determines the correct up shift & down shift points for all driving conditions.

Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid

UsesThis solenoid controls the fluid entering & exiting the torque converter clutch.It is fixed in valve body.

Gear Lever Switch

It gives signal to which mode to drive the vehicle.When you are in adventurous driving then open the switch & use electrical contact cleaner.

Uses

Brake Pedal Switch

This switch is a on/off switch located in front of brake pedal. The switch gives signal when brake is pressed or released. The transmission converter clutch disengages when brake is applied & engages when brake is released. Uses

Overdrive Switch

When you want acceleration power then you can use the overdrive switch. It can be used when slow down without immediate stepping on brakes or adding braking power through engine.

Power/Sports Switch

Power/Sports Switch Programming of automatic transmission is changed by power button. In power mode automatic transmission will hold gears in a long time during take off & acceleration.

Sometimes solenoid switches are not working properly so create problem for driving. If getting any problem in solenoid switch then immediately change or repair for better driving.
