Custom solutions for your application
TransmittersiTEMP® transmitters are an installation-ready solution to improve the functionality of temperature measurement by increasing accuracy and reliability when compared to direct wired sensors. Overall installation costs are lower than with direct wired sensors, since inexpensive two-conductor 4-0 mA signal wire can run over long distances instead of expensive extension or compensation wires for thermocouples. Each transmitter can be configured for a variety of sensor inputs: RTD, thermocouple, millivolt or ohm. All iTEMP® transmitters provide long term stability < 0.05% per year.
Field transmittersHighest reliability in harsh industrial environments due to dual compartment housing and compact, fully potted electronics and brilliant blue back-lit display.
Head transmittersInstead of directly wiring your temperature sensors to your control system, use transmitters to reduce wiring and maintenance costs while increasing measurement accuracy.
DIN rail transmittersThese compact transmitters mount in confined spaces and enable better temperature measurement by converting the sensitive sensor signal and increasing its stability, while monitoring the measuring element.

True safety for hazardous area measurementsComplete thought in design When it comes to safety of plant equipment and human life, make no compromises! Failures in hazardous areas are dangerous and can lead to injury and/or loss of life or property. Simply connecting a sensor to an explosion proof enclosure does not make a temperature assembly explosion proof. For true safety, the whole assembly and each component must be properly designed and rated.
Documented safetyFM/CSA dictates special requirements to ensure plant and personnel safety. We not only meet these specifications but also provide documentation to authenticate it. We take extra care for your safety and peace of mind.
More safety, reliability and productivityWhen your production is down, your competition is catching up! To further enhance safety, reliability and plant availability we recommend the SIL rated TMT1 with dual elements.
TMT1 ensures constant monitoring of the measuring element and even auto switch over to backup sensor. This combination substantially reduces risk and increases plant productivity.
Approved accessoriesIntrinsically safe barriers, transmitters and explosion proof loop powered displays complete the offering for the hazardous area measurement points.
