B) Officers required to attend RYPS Annual Inspection on 17.02.2021 (Wednesday): PCME, PFA, PCMM, CPD/SD, PCPO, PCMD, CPTM, DRM/BZA.

PFA and PCMM may please join the inspection at RYPS on 17" February 2021 @ 09:00 hrs. An

Inspection Carriage may be moved on 16t February 2021 for their movement.

C) CAO/C, PCSC, PCEE, PCSTE, PCCM, PCSO may return to HQrs after completion of BZA division

2. In AC Chair Car: The following is the seating arrangement: a) PHoDs: PCPO, PCMD, PCSC, PCCM b) Division: Balance Branch Officers only c) Inspectors attached to PHoDs

The timings are only for general guidance and will be subjected to change depending upon the requirement of inspection. DRM/SC to please arrange to form the Inspection special well in time and ensure that all the coaches are thoroughly attended to and fit in all respects. The special should be berthed well in time at SC station with ROUND BPC covering the journey ex.SC-GDR-SC. The provision of accommodation for PHODs, Branch Officers and Inspectors attached to PHODs and Supervisors/Inspectors in the AC Chair Car and ACCN will be done by Commercial branch.

Selected crew and staff should be detailed to work the special train and suitable loco in good fettle should be provided. The running of the inspection special train should not in any way interfere with the running and punctuality of passenger carrying trains. Please arrange to run the special train accordingly without any hitch duly advising all concerned.

Minimum staff to be accompanied with GM's Annual inspection special from all concerned departments duly wearing facemask and maintaining social distance as per the extant orders by the Govt.
