Best Hotel or Moteland, on the weekends, offers a “Stay and Play” package which includes shuttle services to area nightclubs and to Choctaw Casino in Durant, Oklahoma. Owner of the successful inn is Manny Singh, originally from India and now liv-ing in Murphy. After working with the La Quinta in Rockwall and Euless, he started a construction company and began building hotels, later forming MOE Hospitality. Per Singh, MOE Hospitality “continues to look for new projects and is in the preliminary stages of planning a possible project in Sher-man.” Doug Bradley, the hotel’s General Man-ager is also the Vice President of MOE Hospitality. Doug fell in love with the Texoma area and recently moved to Denison from Dallas and resides in a loft on Deni-son’s historic Main Street. Doug has a long career as an executive in the corporate travel management field, giving him a unique in-sight into the specific needs of the business traveler. Hospitality, value, style and amenities led to Denison’s newest hotel, the Hamp-ton Inn and Suites being voted Best of Texoma again in 2013. Conveniently located at 3415 Ansley Boulevard and US Highway 75, the Hamp-ton Inn and Suites has only been open for approximately 18 months and was also voted Best of Texoma 2012. The hotel was recently named the “Official Best Contem-porary Hotel in Texas” and is featured on a television program on CBS and the Discov-ery Channel. Doug is currently working with his ownership team on several new projects in and around the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, but plans to stay in Denison. Serving as Assistant General Manager is Daniel Cervantes.
