SLA

• API documentation shall be provided and authentication will be activated once the NDA and Contract is confirmed and signed

• In case integration is required, the complexities involved in existing systems shall be analyzed and the time frame shall be proposed.

• Tentatively, integration shall require atleast 2 weeks of implementation time.

• Support requests must be sent to support@travelinfosolutions.com and we shall ensure that the ticket is replied to within 1 hour of time depending on the request type.
