minimum,accommodationsforaccessibility,sidewalks,curb
rampsandcuts,trailsandpathways,signage,andbikelanes,andshallincorporatetheprinciplesofCompleteStreetsandmaximizewalkableandbikeablestreetswithinthecity.
Totheextentfinanciallyfeasible,futureconstructionorreconstructionofCityrightsofwayorpartsthereofshallbeinconformitywiththeNonMotorizedNetworkPlan.
Setsagoalof5%toadequatelyfundingwalkandbikefriendlyinfrastructure.(currentlyspend2%to3%)
Requiresanupdateoftheplaneveryfiveyears.
