A combination of gravity classifier plusvertical aspirator classifying grain into twogrades: light and heavy product. Theaspiration operates effectively to reduceenergy consumption and to simplifycleaning sections.
Aspiration action is combined with the classification ofgrains into two streams of different density: 70-75%heavy, 25-30% light.
Mainly consisting of an aspiration chamber and avibrating sieve mounted on four vibration pads anddriven by two vibratory motors.
Aspiration chamber with two independent devices forair regulation; the first device is for the productstratification on the deck; while the other is only for theaspiration of the light density fraction.
Regulation of air stream velocity by varying the cross-section of the aspiration channel.
Sieve cleaning by means of rubber balls. Largeinspection panels allow an easy visual surveillance of thegrains being processed.
