TRECOLORETrecolore Architects are the solution of an initiative, the founder of the company, the architect and

civil engineer Hermann Dorn started in the beginning of 2004. By establishing an interdisciplinary team of architects, civil engineers, creative collaborators and artists we set a common aim: We want

to present complete solutions for manifold tasks in creating and designing the surrounding living space. The often-quoted statement of “thinking outside the box” is part of our corporate philosophy.

The company’s name „Trecolore“ is meant as a synonym for the location of the company on the interface of three cultures, the Germanic, Romanic and Slavic culture and reflects our open minded self-conception.

We understand the importance of project management regarding an efficient execution of building projects and we develop concepts for a sustainable economic viability as well as real estate marketing services. We pay particular attention to a high level of professional competence. Social empathy is a contributing factor in a high flexibility for the solving of dynamically adapting tasks.

CORE COMPETENCIESThe architect is an artist, who takes part in the decision-making of designing the people’s living space. This, of course, is a big responsibility and challenge, not least because he therefore acts as “technical solicitor” of the client. The complex tasks of draft and planning have to satisfy the high requests of technical science. By keeping the necessary overview, we solve these tasks in close combination of planning and realization and we combine their technical, economic and legal aspects. We take over the role of a conductor, who unites many different sounds in order to create a harmonic melody.

The success of a project idea does not only depend on the technical and economic feasibility, as also a solid standard of conditions of use and logistic requirements according mostly already existing patterns, does create a perfect basis for the development of successful projects. Our creative and innovative input has set the ground for a successful project realisation.

As the founder and CEO of the Trecolore Group of Companies and by being a

passionate project developer, Hermann Dorn brings in his technical skills in addition

to a high degree of economic competence. The much-quoted “Bigger Picture” is

a self-defined perception of any Trecolore project and ensures the high quality of

our services. Simply because beautiful design alone does not already lead to good

architecture.

One of the essential parameters of our project management services are the

sustainability and economic viability for the entire life time cycle of a building. We

focus on always improving our solutions as that is our driving force in order to keep

By winning the negotiated procedure for the implementation of the Austrian Pavilion for the EXPO 2005 in Aichi/Japan, which had been tendered EU-wide, the Trecolore Architects company started it’s history already with a big success. Its realization helped us to gain international plaudit and acceptance. By
