Students and teachers visit and explore the montane forest of Beauvais
Lake Provincial Park. Students identify the different species of trees in
the montane forest and how wildlife depend on them for survival. Using
study tools provided, students apply their observation skills to record
common and not so common
organisms that live in, on and
around different tree species.
Students will leave the park with a
better understanding of how trees
function and contribute to our
communities health and well
being.
The Trees and Forests field study is available to book any time, any
