Latorris was born Saturday, February 16, 1991 in Longview, Texas to the parentage of Janiero and Katennia Ingram Duffie. He departed this life on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 as the result of a car accident in Iowa.
He united with New Life Outreach Center in Longview, TX at the age of ten and served in the choir, as an usher, as a mime dancer and remained a member until his demise.
He attended Longview High School where he was a member of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC). He later graduated from Hallsville High School in 2009 where he played the tuba in the band, played football, sang in the choir and was a member of the ROTC. Later he was enrolled at Kilgore College and Vista College in the Nursing program and played in the band while at Kilgore College. He was also a gifted award-winning artist.
He leaves to cherish his memory to his mother and stepfather, Katennia and Artis Johnson of Dallas, TX; father and stepmother, Janiero and Kristy Duffie of Longview, TX; and former stepfather, Amos Harris of Longview; sisters, Amie Haris and LaKashia Harris both of Longview; brothers, Carderro Duffie and DaVonta Duffie both of Longview; grandparents, Jeffrey and Vernell Ingram of Longview; Juanita and Bonnie Ray Harris of Longview; Dorothy Johnson of Dallas, TX and Alvin Johnson of Marshall, TX; uncles, Juan Ingram, Gabriel Ingram, Calvin Hutchings, Brandy Harris, Gene Duffie, Jr., James Harris all of Longview; Kelvin Hutchings of Grand Prairie, TX and John Harris of Hot Springs, AR; aunt, Tammy Morris of Longview; stepbrothers, Marcez Jackson, DeVonte Grant, Shaquille Williams, Treylon Wheat all of Longview and Andre Jones of Marshall, TX; stepsisters, Lyric Jackson and Shanice Boyd both of Longview; Laqeisha Alex of Houston, TX and Shacary Jones of Marshall, TX; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
His brother, Janiero Duffie, Jr., grandmother, Annie D. Johnson and aunt, Caussia Yvette Ingram all preceded him in death.
