CINEMAThe Tricycle Cinema is a fully accessible modern auditorium that can hold up to 289 seated guests.

It is the ideal space for film screenings and with outstanding projection and audio equipment it is also perfect for conferences, away days, meetings, briefings and lectures.

Our dedicated in-house team will make sure that your event is of the highest quality, providing you with support every step of the way.

The space includes:

• Digital Cinema projector with computer input• Large Cinema screen• Full air conditioning • Stage: 3.7m x 10m• Free Wifi• Roaming microphones• VIP Box with an additional 11 seats• Lectern• 4 Chairs for use on the stage

Fee: £300 per hour + VAT Monday – Wednesday 10am – 5pm £450 + VAT Thursday – Saturday 10am – 1pm Evenings available upon request and subject to availability from £1,000 per hour + VAT

CREATIVE SPACEThe Creative Space is a compact space which

is suitable for meetings, training sessions and workshops for up to 40 people. The space is fully accessible via a stair lift.

The space includes:

• 4 Trestle tables• 20 Folding chairs

• AV equipment*• Tea and coffee facilities*

Dimensions: 5.2m x 10.6m

Fee: £35 per hour + VAT

*(must be pre booked and additional charges apply)

OUR STUDIO SPACESREHEARSAL ROOMThe Cameron Mackintosh Rehearsal Room is a fully accessible and spacious rehearsal studio. It features large windows opening out onto a small balcony. The space also consists of a small production office with free Wifi access.

The space includes:

• Full air conditioning • 5 Benches• 5 Wooden trestle tables• Upright piano• Free Wifi• Production office for 2 people

Dimensions: 9m x 15m

Fee: Monday – Friday £950 + VATSaturday hire negotiable

BALDWIN STUDIOThe Baldwin Studio is a fully accessible medium sized room which is an ideal space for meetings, training sessions, rehearsals, workshops and small parties. The space has a capacity of 60.

The space includes:

• Full air conditioning• Blinds for windows and skylights• 6 Padded benches• 6 Trestle tables• Free Wifi• Small lighting rig• AV equipment*• Tea and coffee facilities*

Dimensions: 6.8m x 8.5m

Fee: £40 per hour + VAT
