Put Civics in first and add Careers later in the process (do not use packages). Check and verify course sections, builder-matched sections, and caps. Some sections will not have any constraints; these sections will be placed by the builder.

For stacks, put a room only in one part of the stack. Put the room in the other part Of the stack in the Build Schedule screen after everything has locked, before the Transfer to Master.
