1.1. ATIS*D-ATIS 122.450
1.2. NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES1.2.1. GENERAL
Avoid overflying the central parts of Stockholm city below 1500’ except when
necessary for landing or take-off.
The noise emission must not exceed 89 EPNdB.
1.2.2. LOCAL FLYING RESTRICTIONSStockholm/Bromma APT may be used only MON-FRI 0700-2200LT, SAT
0900-1700LT and SUN 1200-2200LT. Holiday occurring MON-FRI 0700-2200LT.
State ACFT stationed at Bromma APT are allowed every day between
0620-2200LT. Request for extended service shall be made by 24 hours’ prior notice
via e-mail: [email protected].
ATC clearance and start-up must not be requested until 15 minutes prior to the
opening times stated above.
Taxi clearance in connection with take-off must not be requested until 5 minutes
prior to the opening times stated above.
Approach may, however, be carried out by an ACFT operated in accordance with
IFR, if it by 5 minutes before closing time is within 15NM from Bromma APT.
Departure clearance will be given only if the taxiing for take-off has been initi-
ated by 5 minutes before closing time.
1.2.3. REVERSE THRUSTReverse thrust of more than idle reverse should not be applied.
1.2.4. RUN-UP TESTTest running of engines is only allowed in connection with unplanned technical
maintenance (AOG - ACFT on Ground) and after approval from Bromma OPC.
Approved test running of engines is not allowed later than 2100LT, and shall be
carried out at engine test area in connection with TWY G1 (Linta). Taxiing to
position within test area only with marshalling or towing from TWY G1.
Other engine checks (run-up) carried out in connection with departure only.
1.2.5. AUXILIARY POWER UNITS (APUs)APU must not be used on parking unless required for engine start or adjustment of
cabin heat. APU must not be started earlier than 5 minutes before estimated time
for push-back or taxiing.
1.3. TAXI PROCEDURESTaxiing within the movement area is to be commenced during ATS hours of
operation.
To avoid jet blast on parked ACFT, pilots shall not use more than IDLE thrust at
any part of in- or out-taxiing when having ACFT parked behind. ACFT for any rea-
son forced to stop during these circumstances, shall avoid any use of break-away
thrust and request assistance for pull into position of final stop or position where
use of break-away thrust no longer constitutes danger.

2.1. TAXI PROCEDURES2.1.1. GENERAL
Taxi speed restricted to MAX 15 KT on aprons.
Arriving traffic RWY 12 shall vacate via TWYs Y5 or G1.
When performance conditions permit, avoid vacating via TWY Y5, in order to pre-
vent deviations on LOC 12 for following ACFT.
Arriving traffic RWY 30 shall vacate via TWYs Y3 or Y1.
When RWY 30 in use, arriving traffic to stands 3 thru 6 shall use TWY Y and arriv-
ing traffic to stands 7 thru 19 shall use TWY T, or as cleared by ATC.
Final taxiing to position at stands 3 thru 19 is not allowed without marshalling
assistance. ACFT shall wait on apron taxi line or outside parking stand whichever
applicable, until marshall arrives.
When RWY 12 in use, departing traffic from stands 3 thru 7 shall use TWY Y and
departing traffic from stands 8 thru 19 shall use TWY T, or as cleared by ATC.
Taxiing to/from apron 4 via TWY R and to/from apron 6 and 7 via TWY S is
expected to taxi shortest route on TWY T to/from TWY Y (i.e. not via apron 2).
Taxiing to/from apron 6 and 7 is limited to MAX wingspan 95'/29m and main gear
wheelspan MAX 16'/5m.
2.2. PARKING INFORMATIONDue to limited parking space on Apron East, all visiting ACFT with MTOM exceed-
ing 5700kg, or for helicopters D52.5’/16m, are to contact ground handling agent.
3.1. NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES3.1.1. GENERAL
Departing ACFT shall request start-up and ATC clearance from "BROMMA
Ground". Requests for IFR traffic shall not be made earlier than 30 minutes
before estimated time for start-up. ACFT position and ident of ATIS broadcast
last received shall be given at initial call.
The following noise abatement departure procedure (NADP) applies to all ACFT
exceeding 5700kgs MTOW.
3. DEPARTURE
Jet ACFT: Take-off to 900’
- Take-off thrust;
- Take-off flaps;
- Climb with V2 + 10 KT or as limited by MAX body angle.
At 900’
- Reduce thrust to not less than climb thrust;
- Continue climb with V2 + 10 KT.
At 2500’
- Accelerate smoothly to enroute climb speed;
- Retract flaps/slats on schedule.
Prop ACFT: Take-off to 900’
- Take-off power;
- Climb at MAX climb gradient.
At 900’
- Reduce power to MAX continuous;
- Continue climb at MAX climb gradient.
At 2500’
- Accelerate smoothly to enroute climb speed;
- Retract flaps/slats on schedule.
