Dindial. Nineteen (19) years
later, in 2017 they expanded the
business to the South American
country of Guyana.
HISTORY
Triple ’s Equipment Rentals Limited (TDERL) started off as a fledgling company in Trinidad and Tobago with a fleet of just two vehicles. Since then, the company has grown substantially and now manages a fleet of over 700 vehicles with 5 branches across 2 countries. Our list of customers includes, but is not limited to: BpTT, Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Perenco, Peterson Integrated Logistics and Scotia Bank just to name a few.

LOCATION We are strategically located in areas that would allow us to respond to our customers with minimum delay. Our head office is located in Providence, with sub-sites in Eccles, Land of Cannan and Ogle.
EXPERIENCE After operating with some of the biggest name in the industry for several years, we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge on the intricacies of doing business in this sector. We have especially gained experience in dealing with companies in the engineering and energy industries. Their requirements are more technical than the average lease and rental customer due to the sensitive nature of their job and the risks associated with operations of that nature. We can proudly say that we have a thorough understanding of the requirements and solutions for companies in these sectors. Apart from understanding the requirements of our customers we have also gained valuable knowledge in coordinating and servicing of vehicles and equipment. Over the years in the industry we have built strategic alliances with these dealerships and firms that enable us to negotiate the best prices as well as priority. Through these alliances we are able to minimize turnaround time in servicing vehicles, at minimum cost, while maintaining a high quality of service.
Our experience in Customer Service and Fleet Management has grown to a level that provides assurance to all our customers that we will meet and exceed all of their requirements. With a proactive approach to financial management, the company has expanded its
equity and liquidity base to accommodate its consistent growth.
PERSONNEL
To accommodate our rapidly expanding business, Triple Ds expanded its human capital base to include a diverse group of competent individuals who have all been trained and mandated to deliver superior levels of customer service and support.Our staff consists of 100% locals in each region from various skilled and professional backgrounds. This is the heart of our business. Some of our team members have been in the industry for over 10 years and have brought a wealth of knowledge to the company. Others have had their first employment opportunity with Triple D’s. It’s this mixture of experience and youthful enthusiasm that has given us the formula for success in all our undertakings.

VEHICLE LEASING
We offer our customers any make or model vehicle to suit their budget. We offer a complete service which includes but not limited to;
Fleet maintenance- all routine and non-routine maintenance is performed from certified and authorized service centres. You no longer have to worry about scheduling an appointment or getting there, we take care of everything including providing you with a courtesy replacement vehicle.
24-hr Roadside Assistance Program-A comprehensive 24/7 roadside support team is in place to handle any emergencies that may arise on a daily basis. This is achieved through the strategic deployment of our service advisors who all have courtesy vehicles assigned to them. As a backup to that system, we have also contracted a Roadside Assistance provider to give our program the render additional support if required.
Fully comprehensive insurance with some of the most reliable and flexible providers within the region.
GPS tracking/IVMS-This system allows you to monitor your vehicles movement throughout the country. It also gives you detailed reports on the speed of the vehicle, driver’s rating and statistics, fuel consumption, services required in addition to many other customizable features.
SHUTTLE AND TAXI SERVICEWe offer shuttle services for corporate and private use. Our drivers are certified in defensive driving and first aid. We have a wide variety of vehicles in our fleet ranging from sedans, SUV, Mini-buses and 25 seater buses which are all certified, equipped with 3 point seatbelts, headrests, air-conditioning, all passenger windows can be fully opened. In addition, we have installed sneeze guards and hand sanitizers and steam cleaned and sanitized pre and post trip to aid against the spread of Covid-19. We assure you a safe and secure trip everytime.
HAULAGE AND EQUIPMENT RENTALTriple D’s owns and operates a large fleet of heavy equipment – Tractor trucks, tailers, forklifts, cranes, backhoes, excavators, and much more. Our fleet is constantly expanding and so is our team of certified, trained operators, drivers, and banks men. Our experience and specially outfitted fleet of equipment allow us to specialize in dealing with and transporting oversized cargo and specific equipment.

We provide storage space of any capacity Our warehouse facilities are tactically located in prime area in and around Georgetown, with easy access to Sea Ports, airports and main roads. With current locations being Providence, Eccles and Land of Canaan, spaces range from 50,000 sq. ft. to 150,000 sq. ft and we are constantly expandingTriple D’s warehouse facilities are set up to provide a consolidated service to clients. Already installed inventory management system, easy tracking of cargo, warehouse staff, warehouse equipment and management are just a few that are currently offered. Services can be tailored to suit clients’ needs.
CORPORATE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL
Our houses range from 3 bedroom to 6 bedroom, self-contained, air conditioned, hot/cold water, fully furnished within a secure gated community. Additional amenities also include housekeeping, shuttle/transport and internet. All properties are equipped move in ready and is most suited for employees as well as their families looking for a home away from home.
PORT FACILITYOur private port is located on 20 acres of land on the Demerara River. It is easily accessible from the main road and a short distance from Demerara Harbor Bridge at Land of Canaan. It is currently in developing stages and can also be outfitted to client’s specific needs.
