D. Background

Triumvirat Advisory establishment was initiated by R. Arya D. Pratama as his deep concerns and

genuine willingness to help the corporation business to deal and overcome the complex

problems, issues and challenges due the national and global economic pressure, severe business

competitions, and rapid technology advancement along with its massive impacts to public

employment, high‐level education system, socio‐cultural and societies.

Then, the founder along with other co‐founders agreed and decided to join, collaborate and

work together by unify their best capabilities, capacities, competencies, unique skills, and

valuable past experiences, to formally establishing the PT. Magna Triumvirat Pratama (MTP) ‐

Triumvirat Advisory in 2018.

3.1.2. Document Management System (DMS)

Document Management Systems (DMS), is the use of a computer

system and software for storing, organizing, securing, capturing,

digitizing, tagging, approving, and completing tasks with your business

files. As well as track electronic documents and electronic images of

paper based information captured through the use of a document

scanner or imaging devices.


3.1.3. Workflow Automation System (WAS)

Workflow Automation refers to the design, execution, and automation

of processes based on workflow rules where human tasks, data or files

are routed between people or systems based on pre‐defined business

rules.

By automating workflows, especially those that are primarily handled

manually by employees, significant improvements can be achieved in

terms of efficiency, productivity, accuracy, audibility and Omni‐channel

accesses.


3.1.4. Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP)

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the integrated management of

core business processes, often in real‐time and mediated by software

and technology.

ERP provides an integrated and continuously updated view of core

business processes using common databases maintained by a database

management system. ERP systems track business resources; cash, raw

materials, production capacity, and the status of business

commitments: orders, purchase orders, and payroll.

The applications that make up the system share data across various

departments (manufacturing, purchasing, sales, accounting, etc.) that

provide the data. ERP facilitates information flow between all business

functions and manages connections to outside stakeholders.
