Melons

Melons mean summer! And, they mean nutrition: they are packed with vitamins A and C, as well as potassium, fiber, and water! Some research has shown that the beta-carotene in many cantaloupes beats the amount found in bright orange oranges! Honeydew and watermelon are not to be left out – all of these melons pack nutrition, so seek these out at your farmer’s market or grocery!
