Please reference these answers in submittal of proposals. 1. Are the 95% Design Plans for Martis Mainstem available for review? Yes, the Mainstem Martis Creek Restoration 95% Design can be found on our website at https://www.truckeeriverwc.org/library/. Martis Wildlife Area Restoration Intermediate Design Plans for the Culvert Replacement and Stream Restoration, Lookout Mountain Tributary, and Middle Martis Creek Headcut sites are also available at https://www.truckeeriverwc.org/library/. 2. Do you know the total disturbance acreage? No, we do not know the total disturbance acreage. 3. Permitting is not included in the project? Correct. See Task 1.6 for further detail. 4. Will there be project monitoring in future phases of the project? Yes, project monitoring will be in future phases of the project.
