To understand True Trader's one of the profit making strategy, youneed to know NIFTY Futures. So here is some info.

Future:

A 'Future' is a contract to buy or sell the underlying asset for a

specific price at a pre-determined time Nifty Futures:

Nifty Futures is also a financial instrument in which futurescontracts are done on the basis of S&P Nifty index which is thebenchmark of NSE. Nifty futures are a instrument type of market inwhich trading is done on the basis of the underlying index S&P CNX

NIFTY. Nifty is index of 50 blue chip companies consisting in NSE (National

Stock Exchange) and represent the performance of thesecompanies. Nifty covers more than 70% of traded values of stocksin NSE and also it covers around 60% of total market capitalization.

Index futures (nifty futures) are cash settled so there is no fear of

so 4 lots = 200 qtyNIFTY FUT 4 lot (200 Qty) cost = 1 lack rupees approx.

Stock exchange has given facility to short sell NIFTY Futures at higher levelsand buy at lower levels, so the difference in buy and sell will be your profit.

That means when TrueTrader gives sell signal then sell at higher levels even if

you do not have bought before, and when market fall down then cover (meansbuy) NIFTY Futures at lower levels.

Rule 1: Buy 4 Lots of NIFTY Futures when TrueTrader gives BUY

signal.

Rule 2: Book partial profit of 20% in just 2 to 3 days by selling 2 lots

of NIFTY futures. (You will surely get a chance to book partial profit)

Rule 3: For remaining quantity of NIFTY Futures, wait for

TrueTrader's EXIT signal.

Rule 4: Once you will get EXIT signal, just book all profit onremaining NIFTY Futures quantity by selling it.

Rule 5: Do not reinvest your profit, take it at home and enjoy.

Rule 1: Short Sell 4 Lots of NIFTY Futures when TrueTrader gives

SELL signal.

(buying) 2 lots. (You will surely get a chance to book partial profit)

Rule 3: For remaining quantity of NIFTY Futures, wait for

3862.65 is the price level of 1 qty of

NIFTY Futures when TrueTrader

gave BUY signal on 11th April 2007200 is Total quantity ofNIFTY Future bought .

NOTE: This system requires atleast1 lack Rupees investment, for less

investments we have different strategies.

This system is designed for 1 lac investment, which is

minimum investment required. You can add more

money to this system in multiples of 25,000 Rupees.

So on 11th April we havebought 200 quantities of

NIFTY Futures i.e. 4 lots at

3862.65 per quantity in less

than 1 lack rupees

According to rule 2, on 13th April

we have booked partial profit at

3962.65 level (100 points up)

because it gives 20% profit (10000

rupees profit) on half amount of

our investment of 1 lack rupees .

Points gain 100 because wehave booked our partial profit at

3962.65 per qty of NIFTY

Futures and we bought it at

3862.65 level. So 100 is the

points gain per quantity of

NIFTY Futures.

Position left = 100

becauseinitially on 11th April we had

200 quantities of NIFTY Futures

and after selling 100 quantities

on 13th April, we had 100

quantities left.

Profit = 10,000 Rupees

Because

On 11th April we bought 200 quantities (4

lots) of NIFTY Futures at price 3862.65 per

qty and on 13th April we sold half i.e. 100

quantities (2 lots) at price 3962.65 per qty.So

(100 points per qty)*(100 quantity) =

10,000 Rupees profit on just 50,000 rupees.

Gain = 20%

Because Profit booked is

10,000 rupees on justinvestment of 50,000

Rupees

According to Rule no.4,

On 7th Jun 2007
