Trunks must be set up by 3:15pm and remain throughout the entire event. SETON WILLIAMSON | 201 SETON PARKWAY| ROUND ROCK, TX TRUNK OR TREAT Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department and Seton Medical Center Williamson are hosting the 8th annual TRUNK OR TREAT! This is a family-centered event focus- ing on active participation for children with various disabil- ities or support needs. Siblings are welcome to participate. We would like to extend the opportunity to you and your business to participate in this fun event! HOW TO GET INVOLVED Participation is free! We are asking local businesses, clubs/organizations and families to provide a vehicle trunk/tailgate decorated in a family-friendly Halloween/Fall theme. Pass out candy/prizes at your trunk and provide enough candy/trinkets/prizes for 400+ trick or treaters. You are welcome, but not required, to promote your busi- ness at this event by use of a company vehicle for your Trunk,as well as hand out goodies promoting your busi- ness. 2021 UPDATES We are excited to return to our walk-through format at Seton Williamson this year! To ensure the safety of all, Trunk hosts, volunteers, and participants over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the event. We also ask that all trunks have alcohol-based hand sanitizer available for participants. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS This event is focused on participants and families with special needs. We require all candy to be store bought (no homemade treats), individually wrapped and peanut-free. Be thoughtful in your purchase of goodies and possibly include things that are gluten-free and/or non-edible treats such as pencils, stickers, stress balls, etc. When choosing decorations for your trunk, we ask that you be aware and considerate of over-stimulating features such as fog ma- chines, loud music, and strobe lights. These types of dec- orations will not be permitted to ensure the enjoyment of all of our attendees. We also ask that any balloon decora- tions be latex-free. If you cannot attend the event but would like to help, we are also seeking donations of candy and trinkets, as well as prizes for our Trunk or Treat decorating contest. REGISTRATION FORM PLEASE REFER TO THE TRUNK OR TREAT INFORMATION PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS

A complete Trunk or Treat registration form is required to participate in this event. Advance approval required. No onsite sign up allowed. Trunk or Treat participants must provide their goodies to hand out at their trunk/tailgate. Individually wrapped candy, prizes, trinkets, and business goodies are all acceptable items. This is a family-friendly event. Please decorate your trunk appropriately. Please be courteous to your trunk neighbors and keep music volume and decorations confined to your booth space. Registered and approved trunks may begin set up at the Seton Williamson parking lot at 2pm. All trunks must be checked in and completely set up by 3:15pm. Only Trunk vehicles will be permitted to enter the set-up zone. All Trunks must stay through the duration of event. For safety purposes, vehicles will not be permitted to leave or move until the event is over. All participants must wear a mask for the duration of the event. There will be no electrical support for vehicle decorations. You are responsible for the set up and cleanup of your trunk location. Costumes are encouraged. Costumes that utilize an air blower are prohibited. Have fun!

Deadline for application is Friday, October 8th. Limited space available; register early.
