CUSTOMER CASE STUDY ABOUT MERSEY CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust serves more than 11 million people, offering specialist inpatient and community services that support mental health, learning disabilities, addictions, brain injuries and physical health. They are one of only three trusts in the UK that offer high secure mental health facilities. At the heart of what they do is commitment to 'perfect care' - care that is safe, effective, positively experienced, timely, equitable and efficient. Their clinical services are provided from 84 sites across the North West. These teams are supported by a corporate team based at offices in Kings Business Park, Prescot, Merseyside. With over 7600 staff serving a population of almost 11 million people, in 2017/18, they provided care, treatment and support to more than 33,000 people with 568,951 outpatient attendances, community contacts or domiciliary visits.
