General

• Please note that you can only drop-off or collect your bike at the airport stated on your booking. • Bikes may not be collected at any of the collection points by family members, friends or colleagues. We will only release your bike to you personally, on presentation of the relevant documents (see documentation requirements). • Although we will try, we cannot guarantee that you and your bike will be transported to/from Cape Town on the same flight.

• Due to limited freight space on our aircraft, please be patient and allow up to four (4) days for the delivery of your bike to Cape Town. • Do NOT travel long distances to collect your bike unless you know it has arrived at the collection point. You can track your bike via its waybill number on the BidAir Cargo website - www.bidaircargo.com. (Guests from Lanseria must call +27 (0)11 367 0470 - 07h00 to 21h00 Mon to Sun, 07h00 to 20h00 Sat - to track their bikes. Bloemfontein Guests must call +27 (0)87 310 4019 - 09h00 to 14h00 Mon to Sat.)

• Please be patient when waiting for the delivery of your bike - it may take a while to locate your bike from the storage area.

• Whereas cyclists and bikes arrive in Cape Town over a period of a few days, most cyclists return on the Sunday/Monday after the event. Due to the vast number of bikes transported, it may take up to four (4) days before your bike arrives back at your collection point.

• If you are travelling onward to another destination, it is essential that you advise Mango in advance, and every endeavour will be made to prioritise the delivery of your bike to the collection point, for you to collect for your onward journey. Proof of travel arrangements would be required and Mango cannot guarantee delivery prior to the four-day waiting period.

• Bike transportation proof of payment

• Flight booking confirmation

• Valid ID document/passport or SA driver’s licence.

• BidAir Cargo waybill (or baggage claim tag if flying from/to Bloemfontein or Lanseria) - applicable only to collection points.

• Please see below the full schedule of bike drop-off/collection dates, times and deadlines specific to Johannesburg (ORT and Lanseria departure points), Durban and Bloemfontein and destination city Cape Town.

• We recommend you print this schedule - together with this overview document - for easy reference.
