2. WEIGH IN and OUT each day during two-a-days. Once a week during the season

3. DO NO WEAR FOOTBALL CLEATS INSIDE THE FIELD HOUSE!

4. Do not WALK at any time on the practice field--- ALWAYS RUN! Wear all equipment to practice – Do not remove Helmets unless instructed to do so.

NEVER SIT OR LIE DOWN on the field – Take a knee when taking a break.

5. Report all injuries (including small cuts and abrasions) to Coach Polascik in the Training Room.

6. Put ice on any bruises or sprains – Never apply heat unless instructed by a coach.

7. Eat 3 good meals a day (especially breakfast). DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST! Get 8 or more hours of sleep every night.

8. Locker Requirements :

- Always have shorts, shirt, jock, socks & tennis shoes in your locker

- Hang practice gear up after practice

- Have a lock and keep your locker locked.

9. No earrings allowed.

10. Wear shoes or flip flops to and from practice.

11. Showers are required after practice.

12. BE ON TIME! Tardiness will not be tolerated.

13. If you are too sick to come to practice, call & let one of the coaches know (736-4316 or 978-5577); If possible, come & watch if you cannot participate.
