Corporate Communications Specialist (CCS) Briefing Specialist NO CCA candidates considered $76K Max Salary

Provide briefings to a wide variety of audiences – FBI Legislative Attaches, SID Boot Camp, NETA classes, SSG brown bags, new SIGINT Forensics Center (SFC) employees. Briefing requirements can average 3-5 per month. Briefings are a critical marketing tool to highlight SFC’s organizational capabilities and skills to various entities.

SFC receives 8-10 requests for overview briefings each month. Assist SFCers who are willing to brief, by helping them with their briefings (ensure classification is correct and that it is sent to the proper POC). Recruit/coordinate briefers for various regularly scheduled classes – IC Practices in Digital Media Exploitation (3 times per year), CT Bootcamp, SID Orientation (all monthly).

Coordinate, edit and publish the SFC weekly notes. These notes, obtained from all parts of the SFC including the Extended Enterprise, serve to publicize SFC’s contribution to SSG. Advanced PowerPoint skills would be particularly useful.

Provide creative input to the SFC wiki and web page. The SFC wiki has been extremely successful as a publicity tool. Now parts of the wiki will be migrated to the new SFC web page. Work with other Subcontractor on the project.

Sr. Network Engineer $79K Max Salary

Successful candidate will have extensive experience in networking, utilizing Cisco hardware. Incumbent must have implementation experience for enterprise networks, to include, ATM circuits (OC-3, OC-12, etc), T-1 and DS3. Must also have experience with layer 2 technologies, specifically CISCO Ethernet switches. Candidate will be able to configure switch ports, and VLANS for Cisco equipment. Web Designer $92K Max Salary Skilled web designer/ developer needed with proven ability to build intuitive web sites to satisfy customer needs. Vendor must have proficiency in use of the latest versions of Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks to ensure full interoperability and ability to team with existing staff members working on both UNIX (Solaris), Windows 2000 and NT platforms. To ensure maximum utility all final web products will function optimally in both IE and Mozilla browsers and make maximum use of meta-data. Creative Web design and support will make use of templates, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS2 and CSS3), DTD's or evolving XML schema to maximize modularity and speed of development renovation.

Duties will center on preparation of content for web dissemination and maintenance of existing websites and the design of new ones as required working and assisting the web design staff while ensuring 508 compliance and implementing and integrating more web 2.0 technologies in coming years.

To support continued improvements and ability to support customers improved business process the selected vendor will provide a proficient web technician capable of using or editing various server side and client side languages employing, Java, JavaScript, Ajax methodologies, Perl, xml, xstl, jsp, PHP and to build web interfaces and web forms feeding databases and allow the division to effectively transition to dynamic delivery of content vs. static web pages. The successful vendor will have familiarity with implementation of content management tools, apache web server, CSS, or MS SharePoint and use of metric tools or dashboards and extensive familiarity with trouble shooting HTML 4 code, XHTML 1.0 transitional for full interoperability with IE 6.0, Firefox and older versions of Mozilla. QualificationsExperience working with end products that range from large communications systems to circuit card assemblies. Expert knowledge in on or more of the following areas is required:1. Duties include:Respond to Siebel Service Requests that identify a COMSEC issue reported by the customer, Watch Officer or management. Must be able to work with other support personnel either in-house or at the field site to resolve operational issues in a timely manner

Team with and provide support to the Network Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve network, TACLANE, FASTLANE, and crypto problems. Understand how the network has been engineered to include the circuits. Ability to operate the automated diagnostics system and to interpret diagnostics findings.

Establish and maintain accurate accounting records and files. Maintain the KG 75 database to ensure that all outgoing transfers of KG75 and DTDs are properly transferred and logged into the access database. All memos requesting transfer of KG75 must be filed along the Standard Form (SF) 153. Ensure all packages receive a tracking number.

Order new keys before expiration date and ensure the new key arrives in time to the various COMSEC accounts.

Perform database updates and queries; produce reports for key expiration, etc.

Ensure that all residential requests are signed before issuance of STU IIIs. Ensure the tracking database is accurate and paperwork is filed accordingly. Perform consolidated inventory every six months (June and December).

Ensure that stockade levels for operational and contingency key is adequate in the vault.

Maintain a current inventory of all COMSEC material, and be aware of the location of such material and the purpose for which it is held. A semi-annual inventory (SAIR) will be completed every six months and when there is a custodial change. Conduct, supervise or request required inventories to be performed, including daily inventories.

Provide vital COMSEC information to out-going Operations Commanders to educate them on the function of crypto and the importance of timely rekeying and return of COMSEC equipment

Destroy COMSEC material as prescribed or directed.

Interface with Network Engineers and Maintenance teams to be aware of new and discontinued circuits.

Pull message traffic related to COMSEC daily. Review messages for actions required. Hard copy messages are filed.

Update and file element memos appointing TSCOs to ensure that the database is accurate and includes the date of memo and consolidated inventory. Issue consolidated inventory every six months. Provide TSCO training to new employees and refresher training for existing TSCOs.

Oversee the transportation of equipment personnel CONUS and OCONUS.
