    Conclusions

    WorkSMARRT program managed to reduce thenumber of work related accidents by encouragingdesired behavior (Safe Behavior) from allemployees, at all times and in all aspects of theiractivity and to discourage At-Risk Behavior

    Besides improving overall Schlumberger QHSEPerformance, this helps our employees to gohome injury free
