The 2015 – 2017 School Plan is now complete and has been placed on the School Website under the ‘Our School’ section. This document is the result of collaboration between staff, students and the community to develop the School's Vision Statement and Strategic Directions for the next three years and beyond. It outlines the purpose, people, processes, products and practices for each strategic direction, describing the ethos of our school and the collective purpose of what we do. The Annual Cross Country will take place this Thursday at Lake Albert. Primary children and those in Year 2 that are 8 years and older will attend. Our students always like to take part in this event and it looks like the weather should be fine. The Infants will be doing a special course around the school grounds from 9.30am till 10.00am. Great news! The Roads and Maritime Services plans to install flashing lights outside North Wagga Public School on William Street this week. Installing these flashing lights in schools zones has been shown to improve driver awareness of the need to travel at a lower speed to ensure the safety of children and others coming and going from the school area. The Trent Barrett Shield will occur Thursday 30 April. We have two teams involved; the boys team will play modified league rules and the girls will play tag rules. The draw for their games will come out tomorrow and further information hopefully will be sent home this week.
