SUMMARY

Intravenous administration of the maximum tolerated dose ofvitamin Cproduces plasma levels 25 times that achieved when the same dose is administered orally. At high plasma concentrationsvitamin Cis toxic to somecancercells but not to normal cells in vitro.

There were 3 researches to 3 different patient that advanced cancerwhere patients had unexpectedly long survival times after receiving high-dose intravenousvitamin C therapy. It can prove that vitamin C in high dose can be anti-tumour effects in certaincancers.
