Description:
The farming and the catch of Bluefin tuna are important economic branches of mariculture and fishery, due to good fish growth, satisfactory total weight and skeleton weight rate, excellent taste of meat and high market prices, especially in Japan. The restrictive factor of tuna growth is dissolved oxygen. Tuna demand for oxygen is grate and similar to demands of mammals of the same weight, and they are even fore times higher than for other attractive fish species. In the beginning it was classic few months feeding in order to improve desirable characteristics (texture of tissues, colure of meat, fat…). Fishing and farming technique is totally improved what gives the base for perennial cycle and multiplication of original body mass.
