TUNNELLING EQUIPMENT
The equipment are used to construct an arch around the tunnel’s periphery ahead of the face. The arch provides support in weak soil so that excavation may be carried out safely without the use of expensive temporary support systems, it also ensures that deformations are kept within acceptable limits.
